What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain core backend infrastructures
Architect scalable, modern, cloud-native flows
Own backend systems from design to deployment and monitoring
Help shape backend standards and long-term technical decisions
Collaborate in fast-paced, daily brainstorming with a technical founding team

Requirements
6+ years of backend development experience
Deep understanding of software architecture & performance optimization
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
Proficiency in Python - for designing and running production backend systems
Experience with data systems / ETLs, and real-world production loads
Comfortable working autonomously, but also collaborating tightly with a small team
Nice to have
Strong background in Data Engineering, DevOps or distributed systems - advantage
Fluency in at least one more major backend language (e.g. Go, Node…) - advantage
Work involving LLMs embeddings, or neural network inference pipelines - advantage
