HT VET is a veterinary health technology company. We make VISTA iQ, a handheld scanner that scans a lump on a dog in 40 seconds and helps the vet rule out cancer in the scanned mass, without a needle. It is already in use at more than 500 clinics in the United States and in 10 more countries, and our marketing reaches veterinarians in the US and the UK across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, organic social, the website, conferences, and webinars. We have a lot to say, a lot of real raw material (vets on camera, real clinics, real dogs) and a media budget that keeps growing. What we are missing is the person who turns all of that into creative: fast, good and in volume. Not an expert in all three areas. Someone with a good eye, a fast hand and the appetite to learn: strong in at least one and curious about the rest. • A good design eye: typography, hierarchy, colour, composition. This is the foundation and there is no discount on it. • Solid Photoshop and Illustrator, or Figma. • Reasonable video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci or basic After Effects). Enough to cut, caption, and export in the right formats. • Already playing with AI image or video tools, even if only on personal projects. • English at a high level, for writing and not only reading: all of our creative goes out in English to vets in the US and the UK, and the words on the ad are yours. Comfortable writing for an American audience, catching the tone and keeping it accurate. • Speed and flexibility: comfortable producing ten variations, taking feedback from the numbers and moving on. No falling in love with a version. • Organised: file names, versions, platform specs, folders someone else can understand. • One to three years of experience, or a portfolio that proves it without the job history. Design school, army service, freelance, personal projects: it all counts. • Writing: hooks, headlines, captions and social copy. Here the visual and the words are born together, and you write the first draft. Short, clear, no typos.
