What you'll do
Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Take a hands-on role in accounting operations, including reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Take full ownership of accounting activities across multiple subsidiaries, managing each entity end-to-end, from day-to-day operations through closing and reporting.
Build and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows to support a growing multi-entity environment.
Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors, managing ongoing communication and ensuring smooth audit and compliance processes.
Support and manage intercompany transactions and consolidations across entities.
Drive operational excellence across the accounting function, identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
Certified CPA with a degree in Accounting or a related field.
1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller or similar role, following internship experience at a Big 4 firm.
Strong hands-on experience with full monthly close processes.
Experience working in a multi-entity environment.
Solid understanding of US GAAP.
Highly detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
