About the role

We are looking for an experienced Security Researcher to join us in building a new research team that will help detect and overcome product security challenges. As part of the role, you will make a deep dive into the mobile security world. You will have the opportunity to research the latest security mitigations, solve incredibly complex and satisfying technological challenges and learn all the time from the best researchers.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop the Project Management organization, including direct management of managers and a team of Project Managers and Release Managers.
  • Own the Project Management function across the company, driving execution excellence for complex cross-functional R&D, Product, Infrastructure, and Operations initiatives.
  • Define and implement company-wide project management methodologies, governance, and best practices to improve planning, execution, and delivery.

Partner closely with the CPO and senior leadership to align project execution with business priorities and organizational goals.
  • Drive organizational processes that improve cross-functional collaboration, transparency, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Mentor managers and project leaders, fostering professional growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Lead matrix management across engineering, research, product, infrastructure, and operations organizations, ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and managing dependencies.
  • Establish meaningful KPIs, execution metrics, and reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with clear visibility into project health, risks, and organizational capacity.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders while balancing a strong service mindset with the ability to challenge priorities and drive difficult decisions when needed.

  • Requirements

    • 8+ years of Project Management experience within a technology-driven R&D organization, including significant leadership experience.
    • Proven experience leading Project Management teams, including managing managers and operating in a highly matrixed organization.
    • Demonstrated success in building and scaling Project Management methodologies, governance, and cross-company processes.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering organizations.
    • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions across multiple business functions.
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
    • Strong technical orientation and the ability to understand complex software development environments.
    • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
