Review and verify batch records for completeness and accuracy.
Assist in identifying discrepancies and ensuring correction of errors.

Maintain updated documentation and support audit preparations.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.
Requirements
Student or Practical Engineer in a scientific field (e.g., Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, or a related discipline).
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately with documents and data.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent Hebrew.
Familiarity with GMP, Quality Assurance (QA), or regulatory environments.
Previous experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplements industry.
