About the role

We are looking for an experienced VIP Customer Manager to manage and develop relationships with our highest-value customers — players who generate significant revenue for the company. The role combines VIP relationship management, customer retention, strategic account management, and close collaboration with Customer Support. The ideal candidate understands how to build long-term relationships with high-value customers and create a premium, personalized experience that drives loyalty and engagement.

What you'll do

Manage a portfolio of high-value / VIP customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
Develop and execute personalized VIP strategies designed to increase retention, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
Build strong, trusted relationships with VIP customers through highly personalized communication and service.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored benefits, bonuses, promotions, and other VIP privileges.

Ensure VIP customers receive fast, high-quality, and personalized support.

Work closely with Customer Support to establish and maintain an enhanced service experience for VIP customers.

Monitor customer behavior, engagement, revenue, and other key metrics to identify opportunities and risks.

Proactively identify churn risks and develop initiatives to retain high-value customers.

Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Support teams to improve the overall VIP experience.

Develop and implement VIP programs, processes, and engagement strategies.

Analyze performance and provide insights and recommendations regarding VIP customer behavior and retention.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in VIP / High Value Customer Management, Account Management, Customer Success, CRM, or Retention.
Strong understanding of VIP customer behavior, retention, engagement, and loyalty strategies.
Experience working with high-value customers and providing a highly personalized service experience.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate customer data into actionable initiatives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with Customer Support and CRM/Marketing teams.
Proactive, commercial, and customer-oriented approach.
Excellent English communication skills.
