Responsibility Research, design, and implement high-performance resilient APIs and services Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing your knowledge and expertise Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver robust solutions in short development iterations Develop maintainable and clean code with heavy reliance on developer testing Make thoughtful trade-offs based on business priorities, user needs, and a sustainable technical foundation Requirements Agentic Coding: Experience in using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider) to plan, write, test, and debug code end-to-end. 6+ years of experience as a backend engineer Hands-on proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript — strong advantage Deep familiarity with SaaS architecture and development best practices Experience with methodologies like TDD, Extreme Programming, or Kanban — big plus Previous work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or others Proven ability to lead technical projects, set priorities, and own outcomes Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully. B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience Extra Experience in B2B & B2B2C Self-Serve SaaS. Fintech/Payments industry background.
