What you'll do
Providing services in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to clients in various sectors - accompanying companies in sales processes, capital raising and more.
Writing business plans, performing valuations and preparing investor presentations as part of the process.
Working as part of a professional team and opportunities for growth and development in the field.
Hybrid work model (two days working from home).

Requirements
CPA - Required
1-3 years of experience in Financial Consulting/Mergers and Acquisitions/Capital Raising/Valuation - Required
High level English and Hebrew (reading, writing and conversation) - Required
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency - Required
High analytical ability, high expressiveness, business understanding and high learning ability
Willingness to work hard, ambition and curiosity
