We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and service-oriented Office & Facilities Specialist to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Israel office across five floors. This is a front-desk-based position.
As part of our Global Employee Experience & Workplace team, you will own the day-to-day reception and guest experience while also taking end-to-end responsibility for broader workplace operations, including facilities, inventory, and vendor management. This is a hands-on role that requires being present and visible at the reception desk while ensuring the entire site runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will also continuously identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and employee experience through technology, automation, and AI tools.

Reception & Guest Experience
Manage and staff the reception desk, welcoming visitors, candidates, vendors, and external guests with a professional, warm, and positive experience.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity or interest in leveraging technology, process automation, and AI tools to streamline everyday operations.
