Description
About MSIT
MSIT is an applied education research lab building the school of the future — an AI-native institution designed to unlock human potential at scale.
We’re not just delivering education. We’re building systems that change how people access opportunity — aligning learners, employers, and institutions around outcomes that matter.
The Role
We’re looking for someone to build and scale how MSIT partners with companies. This is not traditional sales.
At its core, this role is about understanding how organizations make decisions about talent — what drives them to invest in people, what blocks them, and how to align training with real business outcomes.
You’ll work directly with companies to identify skill gaps, design pathways for upskilling, and translate that into long-term partnerships. You’ll own the full lifecycle — from first conversation to successful deployment — and scale what’s already working to unlock further growth by helping companies access new opportunities for workforce development, including through public funding mechanisms.
What you’ll do
Build and close partnerships
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of company partnerships — from first conversation to successful deployment and ongoing growth
Engage with HR, L&D, and business leaders to identify workforce development needs and unlock pathways for employees to access funded upskilling opportunities
Guide companies through complex administrative and decision processes related to workforce development and training initiatives
Translate partnerships into tangible opportunities for learners, including job pathways and career entry points
Position MSIT as a long-term partner for talent development, not a one-off training provider
Understand and navigate complex environments
Work across multiple stakeholders within organizations, aligning incentives and decision criteria
Structure partnerships that balance business goals, learner outcomes, and external constraints
Guide companies through non-trivial decision processes around training and workforce investment
Design scalable growth systems
Develop repeatable approaches to pipeline generation, qualification, and conversion
Identify patterns in successful partnerships and turn them into scalable approaches
Continuously refine messaging, positioning, and targeting based on what works in the market
Drive impact beyond the deal
Support partners in unlocking and securing relevant public funding for workforce development initiatives, ensuring programs are accessible and scalable
Expand partnerships over time through trust and demonstrated results
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Ability to connect business problems to learning or capability-building solutions
A structured, systems-oriented approach to building pipeline and closing deals
Experience working with public institutions such as the Agentur für Arbeit
Track record of enabling companies to access public funding for education and workforce development
Based in Berlin
High ownership: you don’t wait for a playbook — you create clarity where none exists
Excellent communication skills in German and English
If this sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.
Is this role relevant for you?
