The incumbent will be the marketing colleague responsible for marketing planning and execution for the portfolio they are responsible within Medison. He/She will partner closely with colleagues across all functions (Medical, Market Access, PV and Regulatory) including field colleagues (KAM’s) to deliver on all specified commercial goals for the market, including successful product launch and sales targets. Within cross-functional team (KAMs, medical peers) develop and execute in line with strategic and tactical marketing plans. He/she is expected to build and support strong professional relationship with KOLs and relevant HCPs.
What you'll do
Cooperate in the development of Medison Rare Diseases portfolio and company marketing strategies with the therapeutical areas covered by Medison within her/his role. Identify, evaluate and leverage business opportunities in the relevant therapeutic areas.
Maximize product performance through excellence in aligned and innovative brand planning and execution
Implement and oversee digital marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
Efficiently coordinate product launches, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Understanding of specific pharmaceutical regulations to ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards.
Develop go-to-market strategy for new product launches, define strategic imperatives and marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market
Execute successfully in line with all agreed business plans and Company initiatives
Build strong professional cross functional relationships, focus on achieving the goals as a team
Maintain strong relationship with key partners.
Actively participate in business meetings with partners including partner training sessions, conferences, etc.
Define/develop effective marketing activities, tactics, campaigns and tools, such as product brochures, sales aids, advertisements, electronic communication tools and other promotional materials taking into account the relevant legal framework
Actively participate at forecasting and budgeting - allocate and monitor sales budget and Advertising & Promotion Budget
Develop and execute the brands’ appearance at relevant congresses
Cooperate and make synergies with Medical Department colleagues in the above activities
Work in accordance with company SOPs and Compliance procedures, with special regards to Medison’s code of ethics and guidelines set by the compliance and regulatory departments
Proactively observe the markets and trends, collect and evaluate market insights, bring issues, mitigate risks and leverage opportunities
Monitor sales activities of competitors, their strategies and respond in adequate way according to the strategic objectives
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharma in commercial role, company with innovative products, ideally with experience in a startup environment
Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies for multi-brand portfolio
Experience required in launching of innovative products
Proven ability in market analysis
Has a proven reputation in the market with strong relationships with key stakeholders from therapeutic areas in which we work
