We're looking for an experienced Mechanical NPI & Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading tech company developing advanced networking solutions for AI and data centers.
What you'll do
Lead mechanical NPI and manufacturing transfers for chassis and rack systems.
Drive production readiness, assembly processes, and mechanical integration.
Collaborate with global EMS/ODM partners and mechanical suppliers.
Support thermal and liquid cooling integration, packaging, and manufacturing quality.
Resolve mechanical production issues and drive engineering improvements.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
6+ years of experience in mechanical NPI, manufacturing, or sustaining engineering within the networking, telecom, server, optics, or data center hardware industries.
Proven experience with chassis and rack integration.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and PLM systems.
Experience with thermal and liquid cooling systems.
Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally.
