We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own our client deployments end to end. You'll bridge the gap between our core AI product and complex, real world client environments.
What you'll do
Deploy & Own: Stand up Airis across client infrastructure - Cloud, On Prem, and Air Gapped sites.
Own Technical Delivery: Lead site surveys, client acceptance testing, and post-launch evolutions.
Integrations: Connect different client data sources into structured, AI-ready feeds.
Solve Field Issues: Act as 2nd line support to debug and fix complex issues on site.
Feedback Loop: Work directly with Product & R&D to bring field insights back into the core platform.
