Job Description At Bynet Data Communications, we are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager. The role involves end-to-end management and leadership of implementation, deployment, upgrade, and expansion projects for the ServiceNow platform, including project planning, scope definition, scheduling, resource management, and ongoing communication with clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating implementation teams, managing vendors and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the translation of business and technical requirements into effective configurations and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
Developing work plans and managing projects according to scope, schedule, and budget.
Tracking and monitoring project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Managing risks, roadblocks, issues, and escalations.
Managing interfaces and ongoing communication with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
