eyesAtop is seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to act as the primary driver of multidisciplinary integration across Hardware, Software, RF, and Robotics. You will own the system architecture and solve deep technical challenges, your primary focus will be seamlessly bringing these complex subsystems together to ensure our products are scalable, reliable, and high-performing.

What you'll do
Lead multidisciplinary integration processes E2E, synchronizing networking, embedded software, RF links, navigation subsystems and robotics
Develop High-Level Designs (HLD), System Requirement Documents (SRD), and define clear Interfaces (ICDs) across SW, HW, and mechanical components
Lead cross-departmental Design Reviews to remove scaling bottlenecks. Define and oversee comprehensive system-level testing, simulation and validation (V&V) prior to field deployment
Act as the technical focal point for complex system anomalies, including networking loops, EMI, signal degradation and real-time performance issues
Requirements
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering or related
5+ years as a Systems Engineer, Architect, or Tech Lead in multidisciplinary fields (Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Drones, Aerospace) emphasizing system integration
Proven lab experience using test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes) and scripting (Python, Bash) for network analysis and troubleshooting
Exceptional "big picture" systems thinking with the ability to drive technical alignment across diverse teams without direct managerial authority
Deep Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Networking Basics (Ethernet, LAN, TCP/IP, routing)
Strong background in RF systems, communication protocols and wireless links
Solid understanding of GNSS/GPS subsystems, real-time embedded systems and Linux
Nice to have
Familiarity with Software Defined Radio (SDR) or low-latency video streaming
