By building advanced automation technology, we improve connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem and make pharmacies more efficient. We're looking for a creative Senior Automation Engineer / RPA Specialist to help us build an exciting new product that truly does good. If you're ready to lead, innovate, and grow — join us!
We aren't just looking for someone to build standard bots; we need a Senior Automation Engineer who can build the nervous system of our platform. You will design, architect, and implement high-impact automation workflows that operate flawlessly within Windows/VM environments.

Because you are joining at the ground floor, your architecture decisions will shape the future of our product.
What you'll do
Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable automation workflows for complex applications in Windows-based VM environments.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner closely with product and engineering to define automation requirements and integrate them into our core platform.
Ensure Reliability: Build fault-tolerant systems by implementing advanced error handling, monitoring, and logging to ensure our automations never miss a beat.
Drive Immediate Impact: Deliver fast, high-value automation solutions that directly improve the healthcare ecosystem from day one.
What We’re Looking For
RPA Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with top-tier RPA tools (UiPath is strongly preferred).
Windows Automation Mastery: Proven track record of automating complex, repetitive application tasks within Windows environments.
Technical Agility: You are a fast learner and a natural problem solver who can quickly master new domains, legacy systems, and technical constraints.
Coding Chops: Strong scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a massive advantage.
Startup DNA: You are proactive, highly detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
Why Join us?
Ground-Floor Opportunity: Join the core technical team of a highly ambitious, stealth-stage startup backed by top-tier venture capital.
Radical Ownership: Own and deliver end-to-end automation solutions from your very first week.
Meaningful Mission: Directly improves the digital health landscape.
Accelerated Growth: A high-velocity environment where your career trajectory scales with the company.
