About Vega
Vega is one of the fastest-growing startups in cybersecurity, redefining security analytics and operations with an AI-native platform for the SOC. We are building the next-generation operating system for security teams. Vega is already delivering real impact at some of the world’s largest organizations - improving detection, unlocking the value of their security data, and reducing cost and complexity. With HQs in New York and TLV, we're looking for people who want to be a part of the next rocket-ship in cyber.
You'll own vega.io and everything around it - landing pages, blog infrastructure, interactive experiences, and the component library that lets the whole team move fast without losing visual quality.
You'll be part of Vega's in-house creative studio, working side by side with brand and motion designers. This is not a role where you implement someone else's designs - you'll design and build, and your voice will shape how the brand shows up on the web. You'll also co-own BrandOS, our living design system, making sure the brand stays consistent and scalable across every surface.
You'll work in Astro, ship to production yourself, and partner closely with the content and marketing teams. If you love the seam where design and engineering meet, this is the role.
What you'll do
Own vega.io end to end: design, build, ship, iterate
Build and maintain our component library and living design system (BrandOS) in collaboration with the design team
Manage and evolve content through our CMS (Directus), working closely with the marketing and content teams
Translate brand direction into interactive web experiences: scroll-driven storytelling, ROI calculators, product tours, campaign microsites
Help shape how the brand evolves on the web, alongside the rest of the design team
Bring motion to the site - subtle interactions, micro-animations, the occasional bigger moment
Own deployments via Git and Vercel, and keep the site fast, accessible, and production-ready
Help define how design and web come together as we scale the function
Requirements
4+ years of experience in design and/or frontend development
A portfolio that shows design sensibility and the ability to build what you design, using modern frameworks (Astro, Next.js, SvelteKit, Nuxt, or similar)
Fluent in HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript
Comfortable in Figma and able to design what you build
Comfortable working in Git, owning deploys, and shipping without a safety net
Experience with headless CMS platforms (Directus or similar)
