We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Associate to help keep our go-to-market engine running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and revenue operations—supporting the systems, data, and processes that enable teams to move faster, work smarter, and scale effectively.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure tools are optimized, data is accurate, and workflows actually work in the real world. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s detail-oriented, curious, and eager to build a strong foundation in revenue operations and CRM management.
What you'll do:
Support day-to-day operations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related GTM tools
Maintain CRM hygiene, dashboards, reports, and basic automations
Help manage lead flow, routing, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking
Assist with pipeline reporting, forecasting inputs, and performance metrics
Coordinate with Marketing on campaign setup, attribution, and sales follow-up
Document processes and identify opportunities to improve how Sales and Marketing work together
Troubleshoot issues and act as a first line of operational support for the GTM team
Who you are:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales ops, marketing ops, revenue ops
Hands-on experience with Hubspot/Salesforce (Admin Certification a PLUS)
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
Curious, proactive, and excited to learn how go-to-market engines scale
Bonus points:
Exposure to funnel analytics, attribution, or performance reporting
Familiarity with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
Interest in automation, AI tools, or process optimization
