Innovid

Innovid is an ad-tech company founded in 2007 by Zvika Netter and Rafi Carmi. The company went public on the NYSE under the ticker CTV after completing a merger with a SPAC called ION Acquisition Corp 2 in late 2021. Innovid is headquartered in New York, with an R&D center in Tel Aviv. Its platform serves the Connected TV (CTV) and digital video advertising market.

Innovid's platform enables advertisers to deliver, manage, and measure ad campaigns across CTV and digital video environments. The 2022 acquisition of TVSquared expanded its cross-platform measurement capabilities. Its primary customers are large-scale advertisers and media agencies, including Fortune 500 brands.

Innovid's engineering and R&D center is based in Tel Aviv. Both founders are Israeli, and Israel has historically housed the core technical organization while sales and go-to-market functions are concentrated primarily in the United States.
