Centrical, originally founded as GamEffective in 2013, is a private SaaS company established by founder Gal Rimon. The company rebranded to Centrical in 2020. Its product research and development operations are headquartered in Ra'anana, Israel, while maintaining a US headquarters in New York. Operating as a privately held entity, Centrical raised a $39 million funding round in 2021 led by Intel Capital and JVP, which brought its total known capital raised to over $70 million. The company builds a gamified performance management and microlearning software platform designed primarily for frontline employees.

The platform integrates real-time performance evaluation, continuous microlearning, and gamification mechanics such as points, badges, and competitive leaderboards. It addresses operational challenges like high employee turnover, burnout, and training decay in data-heavy frontline environments—specifically call centers, business process outsourcers (BPOs), and retail operations. The system integrates directly with existing enterprise software, such as CRM and telephony platforms, to pull daily performance metrics. Based on an individual employee's KPIs, the platform automatically triggers personalized coaching or short learning modules.
