Iscar is an Israeli manufacturer of carbide cutting tools and replaceable hard-metal inserts, headquartered in Nahariya. The company was founded by Stef Wertheimer. In 2006, Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway acquired a controlling stake in Iscar, and in 2013 Berkshire Hathaway purchased the remaining shares held by the Wertheimer family, making Iscar a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. Iscar operates in advanced industrial manufacturing rather than software or cybersecurity.

Iscar manufactures replaceable carbide cutting inserts and tooling systems used in metal-cutting and machining processes across industries including automotive, aerospace, and heavy industry. Its products are sold to manufacturing companies worldwide.
