Every nation has data. Few can protect it. Fewer still can act on it.
Dream is the sovereign AI and national cyber-defense company for governments.
We help nations secure their most critical systems, connect fragmented information at a national scale, and turn their most sensitive data into decisions, all fully sovereign.
This is more than a job. It's a Dream job, where you'll work at a global scale alongside some of the best AI researchers, cyber operators, and government experts in the world.
The mission only works if the company behind it does. This role keeps Dream running at the scale our work demands. And our work demands a uniquely global scale.
The Dream Job
Dream builds sovereign AI and cyberdefense infrastructure for national governments. The buyers are nation-states, the deals are few and consequential, and the contest is won on credibility, technical depth, and category definition. This product marketing role drives all three, made for someone who wants to do the actual work without a layer of process between them and the output.
You'd be one of a small, senior team. Everyone ships. There's a category to define and a product story to make legible and credible to some of the most sophisticated and skeptical buyers in the world.
The Dream-Maker Responsibilities
Product and feature positioning: translating Dream's cyberdefense, sovereign AI, and red-team capabilities into messaging that holds up in front of CISOs, procurement officers, and national security evaluators, cascading the company story down to the feature level.
Competitive and industry research: mapping the threat landscape and the competitive field, with a clear-eyed view of where Dream wins and how the sovereign category is moving.
Sales and product content: white papers, research, technical briefs, evaluation materials that do the convincing in a relationship-driven, evidence-driven sale.
Sales enablement and industry tracking: equipping a small, senior go-to-market motion with narratives and proof that survive technical and governmental scrutiny, and owning the intelligence layer that feeds positioning.
The Dream Skill Set
- Deep cybersecurity and product marketing experience
- Fluency in cyber threat intelligence: you can sit with researchers as a peer, then make their work legible to a defense minister.
- A genuinely strong writer, as positioning and long-form technical content are core to the job.
- Comfortable navigating the company independently in a senior IC seat.e (edited)
