We are looking for a Senior Commissions Analyst to join our global Finance team. In this role, you will own Silverfort’s global commission process end to end – from plan setup and monthly calculations through payouts, accruals, and the ongoing management of the tools that support the process. You will collaborate closely with other business units globally – including Sales Operations, HR, and Customer Success – and play a key role in shaping our commissions infrastructure.

Own the end-to-end global commission process – plan setup, monthly calculations, review, and timely, accurate payouts across all of Silverfort’s entities
Act as the company’s focal point for commission inquiries, resolving questions from sales teams worldwide with clarity and speed
Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the commission platform and its supporting tools, identifying opportunities to automate and optimize processes and reporting
Manage and maintain commission-related data across Salesforce and related systems, partnering with Sales Operations to ensure alignment between data sources and integrity from source to payout
Prepare monthly commission accruals for each of the group’s entities and support month-end and quarter-end processes, including reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements
Build analytical reports and models that surface trends, plan performance, and cost insights for Finance and Sales leadership
Support the administration and implementation of sales compensation plans – annual rollout, plan changes, new structures, and special incentives – working closely with Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and HR

5+ years of experience in analytical finance roles within high-tech companies, including proven hands-on experience in commissions – a must
Hands-on experience operating a commission platform; experience adapting and enhancing commission tools and processes
Advanced Excel proficiency, comfort working with large and complex data sets, and a strong working knowledge of how data flows across GTM and finance systems
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a finance process or domain, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong AI orientation – fluent and frequent use of modern AI tools and a habit of reaching for them first when tackling new problems
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict timelines
