What you'll do
Own the product definition and roadmap for a team focused on integration and expansion of capabilities within a universal drone control and flight management platform
Translate complex operational and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements and execution plans
Drive structure and alignment by defining priorities, breaking down features into epics and actionable tasks and ensuring end-to-end delivery
Work closely with engineering, algorithms and flight control teams across software and system-level development
Engage directly with customers in Israel and globally to shape both near-term delivery and future product direction
Requirements
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading complex, technology-driven products
Strong analytical mindset, structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to define direction, set priorities and drive execution
Proven experience collaborating closely with R&D and operation teams on technical and system-level products
Experience or familiarity with drones, unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and flight control or software-intensive systems - advantage
