• Manage, maintain, and improve the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and security systems. • Configure, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and switches. • Manage firewall policies, NAT rules, site-to-site VPNs, remote-access VPNs, routing, web filtering. • Manage enterprise network switches, including VLANs, routing, and network segmentation. • Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security, and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.<
