עיקרי התפקיד
Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules for diverse clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored SuccessFactors solutions
Guide project teams in the successful execution of implementation plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SuccessFactors solutions prior to deployment
Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on SuccessFactors best practices and functionalities
Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients

דרישות
2+ years of experience with SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
Experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations
Experience working with HRIS platforms, including system administration, data management, reporting, and support for core HR processes
Investigate and support HR issues, including organization design, HR implications of business transformation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors
