abra’s Data & AI Division is looking for a Senior BI & Data Engineer Developer to join a leading project!
We are looking for an experienced BI & Data professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering end-to-end data solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and development of modern data platforms, drive technical excellence, manage client relationships, and play a key role in delivering high-impact BI and data engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify project risks and dependencies early, proactively prevent scope creep, and manage changes against the agreed project scope.
Stay hands-on by designing the DWH layer and data models while contributing to complex development tasks and performance optimization.
Lead the adoption of AI tools across the team to improve analysis, SQL development, and technical documentation.
Manage client relationships, project scope, timelines, and delivery plans, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in BI and ETL/ELT data development.
Proven experience designing and implementing end-to-end AWS data architectures, including Redshift, Glue, S3, and DMS.
Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
Expert-level SQL skills and extensive experience in data modeling, including Star Schema and Data Warehouse design.
Proven experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
Hands-on experience with at least one leading BI platform: Amazon QuickSight (preferred), Power BI, or Tableau.
