abra professional services is seeking a Technical Support Engineer (R&D Environments)!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level technical support for internal Wi-Fi and Bluetooth applications, tools, and automation processes.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and analyze complex technical issues, system behavior, and product logs.
Support engineering and validation teams in their daily technical activities and debugging processes.
Assist with hands-on lab setup, hardware/software maintenance, and test environment configurations.
Escalate, document, and track software bugs and technical hardware issues using internal tools.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Validation, and Integration Engineers.
Operate seamlessly across both Linux and Windows environments.
Requirements
Technical background (Degree, Diploma, or relevant training) in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Basic, hands-on knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, team-oriented engineering environment.
