Elmo Motion Control is looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our team!
עיקרי התפקיד
Full ownership of the monthly payroll process for approximately 300 employees, from data collection and input through payslip generation.
Conducting payroll checks and controls, including attendance, overtime, vacation, sick leave, social benefits, pension contributions, taxation, and employee benefit funds.
Handling employee onboarding, terminations, salary updates, employment terms, and changes throughout the employment lifecycle.
Managing ongoing reports to authorities and institutional bodies and performing the required reconciliations.
Providing professional support to employees and managers on payroll, employee benefits, and employment terms.
Working closely with HR, Accounting, managers, insurance companies, pension funds, and other external providers.
Monitoring changes in legislation and updates related to labor law, payroll, and taxation, and implementing them within the payroll process.
