The position includes leading the operational and professional interface between the company’s global sites, with responsibility for coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans and processes, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure business requirements are met, operational continuity is maintained, and continuous improvement is achieved.

Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, including coordination across all relevant interfaces and driving decision-making.
Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization, identification of capacity constraints, and planning to ensure business requirements are met.
