Your job is to improve sales performance, develop sales representatives and implement sales processes across Pango's sales contact centers.

Lead the implementation of sales processes and performance improvement initiatives while working closely with sales representatives across Pango's sales contact centers throughout Israel.
Build, improve and implement high-quality sales scripts and sales methodologies.
Lead initiatives to improve sales quality and customer interactions.
Define sales KPIs and targets, analyze performance reports and trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
