Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Solid working knowledge of Linux, including command-line navigation, basic administration, and hardware fault diagnosis
Familiarity with server hardware components: CPUs, RAM, drives, NICs, RAID configurations, and how they interact
Experience with out-of-band/lights-out management tools (IPMI, iDRAC, HP iLO)
Basic networking fundamentals MAC addresses, subnets, TCP/IP, routing tables
Strong communicator clear, concise written and verbal English
Comfortable handling multiple tickets and shifting priorities without losing track of details
Data center hands-on experience especially with physical hardware troubleshooting, not just cable management

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, movement within a data center or office environment, and repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively and work at a computer for extended periods. Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
Salary Range
$31.79 - $50.19 USD (Hourly)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.
