Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to the CEOs & Office Manager to join our team.
This role combines close partnership with the company’s CEOs, day-to-day office management, and leadership of the administrative team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars meetings, travel arrangements, and day-to-day coordination for the company’s CEOs.
• Coordinate and oversee meetings involving multiple participants and stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the CEOs and senior management.
• Lead and manage the administrative team, including two Administrative Coordinators.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient and professional working environment.
• Work closely with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
• Collaborate with the Finance department on administrative and operational matters.
• Welcome visitors, customers, and business partners and serve as a key point of contact• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion.
• Lead cross-functional administrative initiatives and support organizational projects as needed.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives and/or managing office operations• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating multiple priorities.• Previous team management experience – a significant advantage.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and personal accountability.
