Continuously elevate the Japan Clinical Account team capability and capacity, and effectively manage the Clinical Account team members to achieve their personal and country goals.
Represent and act the face of InSightec for the entire IB account, create relationship with all IB staffs to coordinate procedure growth efforts and effectively conduct associated tasks.
Plan and implement patient referral schemes and the eco-system connecting patients to the IB account, directly and/or through nearby clinics/hospitals.
Effectively work with InSightec internal functions to effectively plan and execute.
Provide plans with data/information to the Japan Commercial Director to further elevate the Clinical Account team outcome and team effectiveness.
Maintain ongoing communication and relations with current IB key stakeholders, meet their needs / requests.
Create and strengthen relationships and understanding of Neurologists, spread awareness of the disease and FUS treatment, connecting with Neurosurgeons.
Collaborate with the Capital Sales Manager and Commercial Director to implement patient referral programs for new IB accounts, to enable FUS procedure volume upon FUS launch.
Partner with the Strategy & Marketing team on market awareness and advocacy activities.
Communicate with the Service team to manage Service Contracts and product inquiries.
Communicate with the Application team to manage clinical inquiries.
Promote INSIGHTEC brand and value offerings to generate clinical, economical, and operational benefits of FUS treatment.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the medical devices industry.
Extensive knowledge and contacts in Neurosurgery and Neurology.
Experience in team management.
Be able to speak with authority at all levels from C-Level to physicians, administrators & supply chain.
Required languages: Japanese (Native)
Willing and capable to travel within Japan and internationally (should there be a need).
Computer literate and highly skilled in the use of word, excel and power-point, experience in data analysis, preparation of presentations.
