Description
We are looking for a talented and ambitious team member, with excellent interpersonal skills, to manage and lead our BUYME B2B customers to success.
The main responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with Happiness Managers (HR) in the most influential companies and organizations within Israel - training them how to use our products and platforms, promoting new products, upselling and increasing the volume of existing joint business and meeting business goals and objectives. You will work with multiple technological systems and data analytics in order to help deliver the best results.
Responsibilities for Junior Customer Success Manager:
Create warm and friendly relationships with your B2B clients portfolio and drive them to success
Assist customers with setting up and navigating our Happiness Management Platform and products
Promote the value of our products and upsell services to create value through customer experience
Reach retention goals and KPI and help us reach our goals over and over (and over)
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
Promote a loyal customer base for BUYME products and encourage “brand ambassadors” to share the product's benefit and value
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs
Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
Be part of a strong team of CSM and assist other members of the department to succeed as well
Requirements
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Proactive and self motivated individual with a “can do” attitude
Accountability, personal organization and time management skills are essential
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Technical skills required, including the ability to analyze and build reports (good excel skills).
Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute growth strategies
Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed
An ability to lead people and projects
Suitable for recent graduates.
