As R&D Director you’ll make an impact on: · Managing the R&D division in Brazil in collaboration with Global R&D · Bringing new Solutions and contributions to the current products · Product house in Brazil, delivery of projects and services Globally · Building the strategy along with the management team and Global R&D management · Budget management for R&D, Delivery and Services · Manage contracts with outsourcing companies and strategy · People leadership for R&D in Brazil, developing the talent pipeline · Change management · Driving innovation and AI journey · Partnership with Product, Projects, Support and Pre-sales divisions Your toolbox · Experience in Global environment and multinational companies · Solid experience as R&D Director · Innovation mindset · Knowledge about: Systems Architecture, Software Technologies, Software development, Agile Methodology and Services · People management and talent development experience is a must · Strong communication skills · Experience with Project Management, Project Delivery and Services is a must · Product Management is a plus · Desired experience in Telecom · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related areas · MBA in SFW Management / Projects / IT courses is a plus · Fluent English is a must
