Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Global Director of IT, Security & AI Enablement to lead and scale the company's global technology environment. This role is responsible for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and AI-driven automation across offices, labs, manufacturing operations, and remote teams worldwide.
The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with strong technical execution and is passionate about building secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that support business growth.

Lead global IT operations, including infrastructure, cloud services, networking, endpoints, collaboration platforms, and user support.
Own cybersecurity strategy and execution, including identity management, endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery, risk management, and incident response.
Manage and optimize business applications across Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, Service, and Engineering.
Drive AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives through internal tools, integrations, workflows, dashboards, and productivity solutions.
