Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will blend expertise in UI/UX design with marketing creativity, delivering user-friendly digital experiences and impactful marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that drive engagement, enhance brand identity, and improve user interactions across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality marketing visuals for social media, video ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring strong brand consistency.
Develop creative concepts and digital campaigns tailored to platform specifics (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and performance goals.
Maintain and evolve the visual brand identity across all channels, ensuring a cohesive, modern, and recognizable design language.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile when needed, applying solid UI/UX principles to improve clarity, usability, and conversion.
Conduct basic user research, wireframing, and prototyping to support design decisions and optimize flows for marketing pages or product-related tasks.
Effectively use AI tools (for images, video, animation, ideation, and production workflows) to enhance creative output and speed.
Collaborate closely with marketing, user acquisition, product managers, and developers to ensure all creative outputs support business objectives and deliver a high quality user experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.
Provide design direction and guidance to external agencies or freelancers when needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a visual, creative, or UI/UX designer in marketing, digital products, or tech.
Strong portfolio showcasing marketing design (social media creatives, ads, video-based assets, landing pages) and user-centered digital work.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and basic video-editing tools (CapCut, Canva).
Experience creating performance-driven social media and digital campaign visuals with an understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Meta).
Solid understanding of user flows, wireframes, and UI/UX principles to support product-related tasks when needed.
Confident use of AI tools for images, video, animation, and ideation to enhance speed and creative quality.
Strong skills in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Fluent in English.
