Description
Helfy, a growing international health-tech company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This position combines core bookkeeping responsibilities with general administrative and office coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the company external bookkeeping and accounting firms.
· Organize and upload financial documents to the external bookkeeping system (Dokka/NetSuite).
· Set up and manage vendors and customers information in the ERP system.
· Upload expenses invoices and ensure accurate classification of invoices (fixed assets, prepayments, etc.).
· Issuing customers invoices as needed
· Support in bank reconciliations.
· Support in preparation of VAT report to VAT authorities aboard.
· Preparing reports from the system as needed.
Requirements
· 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
· Certified Bookkeeper + full high school diploma.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
· Fluent in Hebrew and English – both written and spoken.
· Additional languages such as German and/or Russian – a plus.
· Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite) – advantage.
· Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
· Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
