You will lead a team of talented engineers, combining strong technical leadership with deep hands-on involvement. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of complex embedded software, while mentoring team members and ensuring high code quality. This is a "player-coach" role for someone who loves to solve hard technical problems and thrives on developing people.
