XTEND is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse and materials operations at our Tampa, Florida facility. This role is central to supporting our drone platform manufacturing operations — ensuring accurate inventory, timely kitting for production, and smooth shipping and receiving of goods. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting defence and commercial production lines.

Maintain accurate, real-time inventory levels across all warehouse locations
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
