We’re looking for an awesome Employee Experience Partner to join our HR team!
As a Well-Being and Employee Experience Partner, you will take part in our internal and external efforts, identify, and take care of employees needs. You will help shape, initiate, and lead projects and processes within the wellbeing and employee experience world. Your role focuses on creating, promoting, and implementing our unique culture and values at Paragon.
In this role you will be working with various interfaces and will be a focal point for several main areas.
Responsibilities
Creating programs which support and emphasize employee experience and its implementation at strategic and operational levels.
Providing creative and tailor made solutions in various fields of experience including onboarding process, recognitions, celebrating success, team building activities, life cycle events, happy hours, holidays, company celebrations, employee volunteer activities and more.
Strengthening the connection to the business by creating employee experience initiatives that connect employees to organizational processes and changes, while requiring strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, creativity, and employee engagement.
Partnering with managers across the organization, working with the HRBP team and various stakeholders.
Own, vendor identification, timelines, branding, logistics, etc.
Collect feedback and data to optimize and constantly improve the plan and execution.
Requirements
Previous relevant experience - at least 2 years as an employee experience manager in a high-tech company - a must!
Experience with internal communication/branding.
Experience in managing priorities in a high-pressure, results-oriented environment.
Super creative with a can-do attitude from initiative to execution.
Perform well under pressure.
Fast learner.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
