Experienced Project Manager

Description Magal solutions, a leading global provider of integrated security solutions, specializing in perimeter protection, Command & Control (C5I) systems, and the protection of critical infrastructure and strategic sites, is looking for an Experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. The role includes leading all aspects of Homeland Security (HLS) projects, from defining project requirements and objectives, through planning, contractor management, and direct customer engagement, to budget control, project execution, and successful delivery according to established timelines. Responsibilities Partner in defining project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop project plans and schedules. Manage subcontractors and matrix project resources. Oversee project budgets and risk management activities. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, make decisions, and ensure successful project execution and completion. Maintain direct and ongoing relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Identify opportunities to expand project scope and promote additional solutions and technologies within existing projects. Support business growth by identifying customer needs and opportunities for project enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field – an advantage. At least 3+ years of experience managing projects in the physical security infrastructure and/or Homeland Security (HLS) domain. Experience working with Video Management Systems (VMS), Command & Control systems, Access Control systems, Intrusion Detection systems, and related technologies. Proven experience managing subcontractors and external vendors. Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Priority ERP is an advantage. Knowledge of low-voltage systems – an advantage. Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Highly organized, committed, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
