The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead day-to-day recruitment activities and supporting efficient hiring operations across the organization. The role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience, maintaining recruitment metrics and tracking, and supporting ongoing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including job scoping, sourcing, candidate screening, phone interviews, interview coordination, and offer management
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, build effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a high-quality and efficient hiring process
Publish job advertisements and manage sourcing channels and candidate pipelines across multiple platforms, while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
Manage and monitor measurable recruitment processes, including hiring targets, Time to Hire, recruitment KPIs, and ongoing process analysis to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support
Maintain accurate documentation and employee records in HR systems and ensure ongoing data accuracy and organization
Provide general support for ongoing HR processes and employee lifecycle activities as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
3+ years of experience in recruitment
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for sourcing and candidate engagement
Experience working with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong results orientation, organizational, and time-management skills
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
Experience recruiting within the medical device, healthcare, or high-tech industries
Familiarity with HR operations and employee lifecycle processes and employee lifecycle activities
