Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Controller / Senior Accountant to manage the U.S. entity’s accounting operations and monthly close process. The role includes reporting to the parent company in Israel and supporting quarterly financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the monthly close and reporting to the parent company
Support quarterly financial statements and audit requirements
Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections
Oversee invoicing and ensure compliance with U.S. sales tax
Maintain vendor and customer records, including W-9 documentation
Administer expense management (Experience with SAP Concur-advantage)
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal controls
Work cross-functionally and with global finance teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA – an advantage)
5+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and sales tax
Experience with ERP systems (Priority – an advantage)
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Base salary range: $100,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
