About the Role
We're hiring our first dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how Reeco brings its product to market.
This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role for someone who wants to own a function, not inherit a playbook. You'll report into Marketing and be based in Tel Aviv, working side by side with our Product team, close enough to understand what's shipping and why, while keeping our go-to-market and brand aligned in the US.
Your job is to make the product impossible to ignore and easy to understand, so every team that touches a customer can do their best work.
What You'll Do
Own product messaging and positioning
Define what Reeco is and how we talk about it, the foundation everything else builds on
Move our story from features to value: what a hospitality operator can now do that they couldn't before
Build positioning that reflects a relationship-driven industry and sets us apart from competitors
Know the market, the buyer, and the competition
Own our buyer personas, including the distinction between who buys Reeco and who uses it day to day
Use the research approaches you trust, from win/loss to voice-of-customer, to keep our positioning sharp
Track the competitive landscape and translate it into where we win
Bring releases to market
Decide what's worth announcing and what isn't, across a fast, continuous stream of releases
Own how we reach buyers and users, and propose the channels and cadence that fit each one
Partner with Product to turn what's shipping into clear, well-timed communication
Equip the people who sell and renew
Own sales enablement: the narratives, assets, and proof points Sales and Customer Success use to win, retain, and expand
Keep Sales and Customer Success current as positioning and releases evolve
Build the foundation
Create Reeco's product marketing playbook from the ground up
Shape what the function becomes, and help define the team that grows around it
Bring cohesion to how our brand shows up across customer-facing channels
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
Required
6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
A track record of owning product messaging and positioning, not just campaign execution
Experience in marketing technical or complex products to non-technical buyers
Experience with competitive intelligence, sales enablement, and customer research
An excellent writer who can move from a strategic narrative to a crisp in-app message
Native or near-native English, written and verbal
A builder's mindset: deeply curious about the product, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to work across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Based in Tel Aviv, to partner closely and in person with our Product team
Strongly Preferred
Hospitality, hospitality tech, or vertical SaaS experience
Experience marketing to the US market, with a strong feel for how American hospitality and business buyers think and communicate
Familiarity with marketing automation and tools like HubSpot, Customer.io, and Notion
AI-Native Mindset Required
We're not looking for a traditional product marketer. We want someone who uses AI the way previous generations used Excel.
Content creation used to be the hard part of this job. It isn't anymore. You should already be using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, so your real value goes into strategy, judgment, and positioning, not volume.
You should be using AI to:
Research and synthesize faster than a team of analysts
Draft, iterate, and test messaging quickly
Spot what's working and adjust in real time
Ship more and better than a traditional team of its size
You don't need to be technical, but you should be curious, AI-fluent, and excited to use it to do the best work of your career.
