As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping identify new business opportunities. You'll work closely with our sales, and technical teams to generate and qualify leads, build pipeline, and support the growth of our business. Requirements
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
· Ability to build natural conversations
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and market initiatives
Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in systems
Learn and develop a strong understanding of our software solutions and the challenges they solve for customers
Qualifications:
· Previous experience is a plus, but communication skills, coachability, consistency, and willingness to improve matter more.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
