The Creative & Marketing Design team is at the heart of how Finout shows up in the world — from brand campaigns to the entire marketing asset engine. We're looking for an AI Design Lead to guide this team forward, reporting to the Head of Design. Your core mission: drive efficiency — using AI to streamline how the team works, so we produce more, faster, at a higher bar.. We're looking for someone who is first and foremost exceptional with AI, builds strategic AI-native workflows, and pairs that with a high design bar and true ownership. This is a hands-on leadership role — you lead through craft, systems, and direction rather than direct people management. It's for a designer-builder who doesn't just use AI tools — they architect the systems that make an entire team faster, sharper, and more creative.
Own team efficiency as a primary goal: identify friction across the design workflow and re-engineer it with AI — cutting production time, automating repetitive work, and measurably increasing the team's output
Own AI strategy for design: standardize and scale Gen-AI automation across workflows, with deep hands-on work in Weavy
Lead the creative direction and day-to-day execution of the Creative & Marketing Design team — setting the quality bar, guiding the work, and driving high-craft output, in partnership with and reporting to the Head of Design
Take full end-to-end accountability for the marketing design board — weekly prioritization, task coordination across the team, and eliminating pipeline bottlenecks
Build scale infrastructure: reusable web components, templates, brand pipelines, and self-serve marketing asset libraries
Act as the strategic contact for Marketing — locking scope and timelines, owning large brand–product alignment initiatives, and staying deeply connected to marketing strategy
Drive innovation and insight: competitor design analysis, fresh industry trends, creative growth campaigns that impact ARR, and performance tracking (engagement, bounce rates, user testing) for marketing assets
