Future of Work Consultant

Description Deloitte Israel is seeking a Future of Work Consultant to deliver and take part in exciting projects across our workforce transformation offerings, including Knowledge Management, Learning & Organizational Development, Change Management, AI transformation, HR and other related areas. What will you do on the job? Take a hands-on role in creating client-ready human capital deliverables from the ground up, including reports, process designs, user journeys, learning content, surveys, work aids, communications, and implementation guides. Engage with global and local companies and assess how employees and leadership can adapt their work processes, organizational learning, organizational culture, and technological platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency. Conduct interviews and support workshops facilitation with key stakeholders about their organizational and technological challenges, needs, and vision for the Future of Work. Analyze client content repositories and data and suggest areas for content enhancement and improvement and restructuring articles. Analyze market and company data, leverage the data into visual storytelling to support data-driven decision making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Systems Analysis / Organizational Development / Information Science / Knowledge Management / Learning Technologies / Organizational Psychology / Human Resources (or similar) Previous experience in roles in the worlds of learning development, knowledge management, organizational consulting, etc. - Advantage High proficiency in Hebrew and English - Must Strong technological orientation and experience with AI tools and practices Familiarity and experience with the worlds of human resources (recruitment, compensation, and benefits and more) - an advantage Creative approach and excellent ability to convey visual messages through the construction of presentations and other tools High level of proficiency working with Microsoft and Google applications, understanding of learning technology tools and methods, experience with HCM / HR systems and tools - an advantage Attention to details Location: Work from home and at central Tel-Aviv, Ra'anana and Rishon LeZion office in flexible hours, as well as at client sites in Israel and abroad (depending on need).
