Tech Delivery Manager

About the role We are looking for a Tech Delivery Manager to help drive execution across multiple R&D teams and initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring that R&D work moves from planning to release smoothly, predictably, and with high quality. The role focuses on delivery coordination, risk management, execution visibility, tracking, and predictable execution across teams. You will work closely with engineering leadership and other key stakeholders to maintain alignment around plans, timelines, dependencies, and execution risks. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with a solid understanding of how technical organizations build and deliver software. What you’ll do Track execution across multiple R&D teams and workstreams Coordinate cross-team dependencies and execution alignment Maintain clear visibility into plans, timelines, blockers, and risks Follow up on commitments and help teams stay aligned around execution goals Surface risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points early Help maintain accurate and consistent plan vs actual tracking Drive delivery predictability and execution consistency across teams Reduce coordination and tracking overhead from engineering leadership Requirements 5+ years in delivery / project / program management roles in a tech environment Proven experience driving execution in technical organizations Strong understanding of software development processes and cross-team dependencies Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical leadership Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments High ownership mentality and attention to detail Advantage Experience in B2B SaaS or AI companies Technical background or strong technical orientation Experience working in scaling R&D organizations Familiarity with Jira, Monday, Linear, or similar tools What success looks like Clear and reliable visibility into ongoing execution Early identification of risks and blockers Better alignment between teams around timelines and commitments Reduced coordination overhead from engineering leadership More accurate and consistent plan vs actual tracking Improved delivery predictability across R&D initiatives Why join us Work on real-world systems deployed globally Collaborate with a strong multidisciplinary engineering organization High impact on execution and operational effectiveness Fast-paced environment with meaningful technical and organizational challenges
